How to Make a Payment Through Buildium

Click on "Make payment."

When a payment is requested, you will receive an email with “New contribution request” in the subject line.



Log in to your Buildium account at kileymgmt.managebuilding.com.

If you do not have Buildium login credentials, please email hello@teamkiley.com with your name, phone number, company name (if applicable), and at least one street address in your portfolio.



Don’t see this screen when you logged in?  Look for the contribution request banner and click on “Make payment.”


Don’t see the “Make payment” button?  That means ePay has not yet been enabled for your account.  Please allow 2-3 business days for ePay to activate.


Verify the correct property.


Verify the correct amount.


Select either “eCheck” or “Credit card” and fill out the requested information.


Click on “Review.”


Review the payment information and select “Send payment” to receive your confirmation.  If you want to adjust any details, click on “Edit payment.”
